Welcome to HOLY ART. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HOLY ART.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND NATURE

All products sold by HOLY ART are made to order. This means production begins only after your order is placed, and items are not held in inventory.

Because of this:

  • Each item is uniquely produced for you
  • We do not guarantee identical replication across prints
  • Slight variations are normal

Product Representation

We strive to display our artwork as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary depending on your screen or device
  • Print materials and finishes may differ slightly
  • Lighting and texture may vary from digital previews

These variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Order Finality

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting

If an order is canceled or modified before production, we will notify you using the contact information provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include:

  • shipping
  • taxes
  • customs or import fees (if applicable)

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We work with global production partners to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or external factors

Risk of Loss

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • change of mind
    • incorrect selections (size, style, or variant)

Damages & Errors

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

  • clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a full refund

You are not required to return the item.

HOLY ART is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with HOLY ART.
