Returns & Replacements

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong item.

That said — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

contact us within 14 days of delivery at theholyartshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.

You will not be required to return the item.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are produced on demand, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect selections (size, style, or variant)
  • delays caused by shipping carriers

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, this right may not apply once production has begun.
